Mr. Levinsohn serves a broad range of individual and institutional clients, including Grammy and Academy Award winning singers, songwriters and producers, major and leading independent recorded music labels, music publishing companies, and senior executives. Mr. Levinsohn is well known and well respected in the music industry, both in the United States and in Europe, and is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences. He is responsible for significant business development at the firm, has a track record of helping industry entrepreneurs develop and grow their companies, and routinely handles complex commercial transactions.
Prior to the formation of Levinsohn & Arnay, Mr. Levinsohn was the Managing Partner of Epstein, Levinsohn, Bodine, Hurwitz & Weinstein, LLP. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1983 and received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the inaugural publication of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.

Mr. Arnay represents a wide range of individual and institutional clients including major and independent record labels, music publishers, artist managers, producers, mixers, songwriters and executives. He works closely with clients to provide transactional and advisory services concerning business development, the creation of new enterprises, music publishing, distribution, talent management, merchandising, licensing, financing, copyright acquisition, and strategic planning and tactical advice.
Prior to partnering with Mr. Levinsohn in 1991 (the firm was previously known as Epstein, Levinsohn, Bodine, Hurwitz, & Weinstein), Mr. Arnay practiced corporate law at Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts (currently Pillsbury Winthrop). He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1989 and received his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review.
